in ESGCorporate Social Responsibility
We have a responsibility at Insite to support our colleagues, customers and wide communities. With a reputation for customer-centric solutions, putting the needs of others at the forefront of our service offering, we also put this into practice through a number of company wide initiatives and activities that underpin our socially conscious foundations.
Charity Support & Partnerships
Hope Against Cancer
Insite Business Technology are a business partner of Hope Against Cancer – We have donated print equipment and services to allow the savings from all print & photocopying costs to be kept within the charity. Since starting in 2003 this amazing charity have funded over 100 original research projects in partnership with hospitals and universities based here in Leicester. The charity has funded the opening of a world class Hope Centre which has hosted over 30,000 patient attendances since 2012, conducting potentially lifesaving and changing treatments.
The Island Project
The Island Project School was set up to provide a school for children and young people with autism. It was founded by parents whose children had previously been taught at home using Applied Behaviour Analysis (“ABA”). The School recognises that having an effective means of communication, putting in place strategies around managing sensory difficulties, and the development of independence skills are key to enabling children and young people to successfully access education and a better quality of life in the future. Insite felt compelled to help such a great facility and just as the staff are committed to helping those children who need it most, we have donated 3 x Xerox office machines with service to completely remove any long term lease contracts and remove print costs.
Canine Partners
We are proud to have recently helped Canine Partners save nearly £2000 per year on their print costs by donating two Xerox office machines with booklet finishing equipment. As Canine Partners rely on donations and legacies to fund the creation of their life-transforming partnerships, we felt that being able to make a donation of Xerox machines that reduced their print expenditure by nearly £2000.00 per year, the money can be kept with in the charity and put to better use. Canine Partners is a registered charity that transforms the lives of people with physical disabilities by partnering them with assistance dogs.
